The Next Generation is a global membership network that brings together young professionals across the transport, logistics and supply chain industries. It was created to offer students, early-career individuals and career changers a supportive platform to connect, network, and grow professionally.
We help nurture the next generation of logistics and transport leaders through mentorship programs, training opportunities, networking events, and expert talks and workshops from thought leaders.
- CILTA members aged 35 or under are automatically included in this emerging leaders’ network.
- Many CILTA sections also have Next Generation Leaders or Convenors who coordinate social events, professional development workshops, and presentations from influential industry experts.
